Dog Registration Form

PLEASE INCLUDE A COLORED PICTURE OF YOUR DOG(S)

  • All participates must provide dogs proof of vaccinations from your veterinarian.

  • All dogs must remain on a leash when walking and lead must be no more than 6ft. in length, and the dog must be in control by the owners at all times. Dogs must be on a lead no longer than the width of the campsite as to not bother your neighbors. Keep dogs in camp. NO dogs (exception service dogs) are allowed in the food court, the barns (exception of signage for the barns) or in the Grandstand/Pit areas.

  • Owners are expected to clean up after their own pet(s).

  • If the Fair receives any complaints like, but not limited to excessive barking, the owner must remove the dog from the grounds.

  • Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and you will be asked to remove your dog from the Fairgrounds immediately.

  • You are responsible for your dog and their actions the NWMF is not responsible for any damage or injury from your dog.

 

Terms and Conditions

I hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless NWMF, its employees and representatives, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands or causes of action that I may hereafter have, any and all loss, damage or injury I sustain to my person, property, or both, including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or causes of action for attorneys fees and litigation expenses, that arise out of being on the NWMF Grounds, including but not limited to losses cause by the passive or active negligence of the released parties.
