*NO ONE EXCEPT A FAIR BOARD MEMBER OR EMPLOYEE WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE THE FAIRS' EQUIPMENT!

Overnight Camping (In designated 133 site campground) ...................... $20.00 (per night)

(Livestock Is Not Permitted in the Campground Area)

All lessees must have signed contract and half of cost rental 30 days in advance of event,

Remainder must be paid within 14 days post event or an additional $100.00 will be Required by lessee.

*Proof of Minimum of One Million Liability Insurance Required, & Meet All Food & Fire Regulations & Licensure for Grand Traverse County/ State of Michigan

A Grand Traverse Co. Fire Inspection Certificate will be required 231-922-4840

Renters will hold Northwestern Michigan Fair Association and Recognized Affiliates Harmless.

Rental Rules

• Grounds & Facilities must be left in equal or better condition,
• All livestock trailers will only be allowed parking on the North end of white practice arena.
• Horses will only be ridden and exercised in arenas.
• It will be the contract signer's responsibility to enforce any and all fair rules
• Anyone found in violation of any rule will be dismissed from the grounds for the remainder of the event.
• All monies (camping, vendor, event) must be paid directly to the fair as stipulated

$12.00 / foot for an inside, secured space that locks

$7.00 / foot for an outside, roofed space such as covered arenas that do not lock

Building Rentals:

Buildings can be rented for reunions, wedding receptions, company picnics, graduation parties, etc..

*Picnic tables can be provided for any rentals, free of charge
